TerraX has a zero-tolerance policy for exploits, hacking, and any form of attack on our game or platform. We reserve the right to investigate and take immediate action, including account termination, if we detect any suspicious activity or have reasonable grounds to believe that your account is involved in such activities.
During an investigation, your account may be temporarily suspended. We aim to resolve investigations within 48 hours. If your account is found to be in violation of these Terms, the decision to ban or terminate your account will be final and absolute.
Account termination may also occur if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service, or fail to comply with our policies.

By using TerraX and interacting with the TitanX token and digital assets within the game, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Price Volatility: The value of the TitanX token and other cryptocurrencies can be highly volatile. TerraX is not responsible for any losses or gains resulting from price fluctuations. Your participation in the TerraX ecosystem is at your own discretion and risk.
Smart Contract Risks: TerraX utilizes smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain for certain transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals. While we take reasonable measures to ensure the security and integrity of our smart contracts, we cannot guarantee their absolute safety. Any vulnerabilities or exploits in the smart contracts may result in the loss of funds or other adverse consequences.
Blockchain Technology Risks: The use of blockchain technology involves inherent risks, including network congestion, smart contract bugs, technical failures, and potential regulatory actions. TerraX is not liable for any damages or losses arising from these blockchain-related risks.

On the TerraX platform, a few influential individuals or entities might collectively or individually control a significant portion of the total digital asset or item supply. Often nicknamed "whales," these powerful players can shape the market with their actions, potentially triggering events that could impact the price, value, and functionality of digital assets negatively. It's essential to recognize that these whales, along with other network participants and users, may make decisions that do not prioritize your interests as a digital asset owner.
The legal and regulatory environment surrounding blockchain and cryptocurrencies is an area of uncertainty. Any changes or new policies in this domain could potentially hinder the growth of the TerraX ecosystem and, consequently, impact the utility and value of digital assets within your platform.
Peer-to-Peer Transactions: When purchasing items associated with third-party-created content through peer-to-peer transactions within TerraX, you acknowledge the risks involved. These risks include purchasing counterfeit items, mislabeled items, items vulnerable to metadata decay, bugs in smart contracts, and items that may become non-transferable. It is your responsibility to conduct sufficient research and due diligence before engaging in any transactions.
We have no ownership or authority over the third-party-deployed smart contracts and, therefore, cannot be held accountable for their performance, operation, or features. Furthermore, we do not govern the public blockchains you interact with, nor do we control specific smart contracts that are essential for conducting transactions on these blockchains. It's important to note that blockchain transactions are irreversible, and we lack the power to reverse any transactions on the blockchain.

Withdrawal Process

TerraX follows a secure and systematic withdrawal process to protect user funds and ensure the sustainability of the game. Please note the following:

Withdrawal: TerraX does not offer an instant withdrawal process. This measure is taken to safeguard user funds and maintain the security and stability of the platform.
Withdrawal Request: To initiate a withdrawal, users must submit a withdrawal request for a specific amount of TitanX tokens. This request will be reviewed and processed by our team.
Processing Time: The withdrawal request may take up to 72 hours to be approved or denied. This time frame allows for thorough review and verification of the request.
Approval and Withdrawal: Once the withdrawal request is approved, users can proceed with withdrawing the approved amount of TitanX tokens to their web3 wallet. The withdrawal process will follow the standard blockchain transaction procedures.
Timeout Period: To maintain system security and prevent abuse, there is a timeout period of 12 hours between withdrawal requests. This means that users must wait for at least 12 hours after their previous withdrawal request before submitting a new one.

Investigation and Release

TerraX reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms, including but not limited to suspicious activities, fraudulent behavior, or any conduct that may harm the Service or its users. During an investigation, we may take appropriate actions, such as temporary account suspension or restriction of access to certain features. No Refunds and Non-Refundable Items

All purchases and transactions made on TerraX are final. We do not offer refunds for any items or services purchased within the game. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases before completing the transaction.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Gas Fees

TerraX offers a hybrid gaming experience, where certain transactions are facilitated through the Ethereum blockchain while others are managed by our database. Here's how it works:

Deposits: When you deposit Ethereum-based cryptocurrencies into your TerraX wallet, the transaction is processed on the Ethereum blockchain. As a result, you may incur gas fees associated with the blockchain transaction. These gas fees are not controlled by TerraX, and their amount may vary depending on network conditions.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals of funds from your TerraX wallet back to your external wallet are also processed on the Ethereum blockchain. Similar to deposits, you may incur gas fees for these transactions.
In-Game Transactions: When you engage in in-game transactions, trades, or purchases, these activities are managed by our database and do not involve blockchain transactions. As a result, you will not be charged gas fees for these in-game activities.
